Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews used the Jaws of Life to extricate the driver, who was later taken to an area hospital by Trauma Hawk.
The rollover crash was so loud it woke up area residents.
“When I was inside my house, all I heard was a big loud bang, like there were four cars involved. The next thing I knew when I walked out here, I saw what you see,” said resident Rhon Vassell.
At 6:15 a.m., one eastbound lane and one west bound lane of 10th Avenue North was back open to traffic.
The condition of the driver has not been released.
