Area restaurants going 'straw free' for Earth Day

JUNO BEACH, Fla. - Dozens of area restaurants are going “straw free” on Monday for Earth Day.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is partnering with 55 restaurants that have agreed to use non-plastic alternatives.

Many of those restaurants are located along nearly 10 miles of beach where sea turtles often nest in Palm Beach County.
