GRAY COURT, South Carolina — A dog owner is charged with involuntary manslaughter in South Carolina.
Deputies say Jeffery Sullivan's dogs mauled a woman to death.
Her body was found Tuesday in Gray Court, South Carolina.
The coroner identified her as Jacqueline Nicole Robinson.
