Forget about race history, stats and pedigree for a minute. In horse racing, sometimes the most important factor to a thoroughbred's star factor is its name.
The field of contenders for Saturday's 2015 Kentucky Derby is full of interesting monikers — even if the horses' names are a bit underwhelming compared to last year's lot. There's no California Chrome, Intense Holiday or We Miss Artie in this year's field and also no ponies named after Tony Danza.
