(KSEE/NBC) This holiday season one jolly old Saint Nick may end up in jail.
A man dressed as Santa Claus was caught on surveillance video breaking into an office building in Fresno, Calif.
The Dec. 3 incident shows the man breaking into two businesses at an office building.
After he got into the first business, police said he forced his way into another office by prying open the door with a knife.
He didn't take anything from the first business, but apparently took a few snacks from a restaurant. The man is currently wanted on burglary charges.
"In this case, I think Santa's more naughty than nice," said Detective Sammy Ashworth with Fresno Police Department.
