UFC fighter Ronda Rousey lived up to her end of the bargain and joined Lance Cpl. Jarrod Haschert for the annual Marine Corp Ball last night.
In August, Haschert posted a video on Facebook asking Rousey to join him for the annual event. Originally, Rousey was going to be unable to attend as she had a scheduled bout in December. After her fight was moved to January, Rousey told a reporter from TMZ that she would attend the ball with Haschert.
Rousey did have one stipulation for Haschert before the ball.
"He has to be a gentleman, I am not a first date kind of girl," Rousey said.
It looks like Haschert lived up to his end of the bargain too.
"Thank you Lance Cpl. Jarrod Haschert for taking me to the Marine Corps Ball, being such a gentleman, and putting a smile on my face again," Rousey said along with a photo on Instagram.
Rousey is coming off a shocking loss to Holly Holm in November.
