The Nobel Peace Prize will be awarded on Friday in Oslo, Norway to a person or organization who has done the most to promote goodwill in the past year.
Since 1901, 125 Nobel Peace Prizes have been handed out. The list of winners includes hundreds of worthy people and organizations — but there have been plenty of controversial snubs as well.
