Perdue Foods LLC recalled about 4,530 pounds of chicken nuggets that might have plastic materials, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced.
So far no injuries or adverse reactions have been reported, according to the USDA.
The impacted food includes Applegate Naturals Chicken Nuggets, the USDA reported. The boxes were produced on Sept. 28, 2015.
The products were sent to distribution centers in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, and Texas.
