A sixth-grader tied for first place in ESPN's March Madness college basketball tournament bracket challenge, but his age makes him ineligible.

Sam Holtz, of Lake Zurich, Illinois, beat 11.5 million people in the challenge, but the winner must be 18 years old to claim the $20,000 Best Buy gift card prize. Holtz is 12 and had used his father's email address to enter the challenge.
