2015 Emmy Nominations

The 2015 Emmy Award nominations were announced on Thursday morning.

HBO had the most nominations of any television channel, with 126 separate nominations. ABC was second with 42 nominations, followed by NBC and CBS, which each earned 41.

The top-nominated cable channels included FX Networks (38), Comedy Central (25) and AMC (24). Streaming video services Netflix and Amazon Instant Video picked up 34 and 12 nominations, respectively.

HBO's "Game of Thrones" picked up 24 nominations, more than any other show, followed by FX's "American Horror Story: Freak Show," which earned 19 nominations.
