A "mass casualty incident" involving four patients shut down a street in Sarasota County Thursday afternoon.
Officials say it involved two vehicles and four patients total, three of which are entrapped and are trauma alerts.
McIntosh Road is shut down South of Sarasota Square Boulevard and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
