PALU, Indonesia-- Indonesia authorities were searching for people who could help a crocodile in need after they spotted it with a tire stuck around its neck.
Local officials in Sulawesi province said the tire could kill the reptile if it was not removed.
Authorities said the person who could successfully release the crocodile would be rewarded with a payment.
The appeal had been launched as local officials could not find an expert to carry out the task.
