WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Thousands of Florida Power & Light customers throughout Palm Beach County woke up without electricity Thursday morning after tropical-storm-force winds blew through South Florida.
More than 8,300 FPL customers were without power in Palm Beach County as of Thursday afternoon.
