WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — One person is dead after getting hit by a Tri-Rail train in West Palm Beach Wednesday morning, West Palm Beach Fire Rescue confirmed to WPTV.

The incident occurred at around 5:35 a.m. at the intersection of Windsor Avenue and Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.
The West Palm Beach Police department is on scene investigating the incident. Palm Beach Lakes near Windsor Avenue is closed until further notice.
