Wells Pharmacy Network is voluntarily recalling all sterile human and veterinary products prepared between February 22, 2016 and September 14, 2016 due to a lack of sterility assurance.
Wells says so far, it hasn’t found any to be non-sterile.
It says all recalled products have a label that includes the Wells Pharmacy Network name, logo, drug name, and expiration date.
