Retailers roll out Leap Day deals

(NBC) - Monday is Leap Day and some businesses are offering deals to celebrate the day that only occurs once every four years.

If you're a Leap Day baby, participating Pizza Hut locations will give you a free one-topping personal pan pizza with your carry-out.

For Leap Day babies, Hard Rock Cafe is giving away a free entree off a special menu.

At Buca di Beppo, show proof that you were born on Feb. 29 and you will receive free spaghetti with meatball.

If you're not a Leap Day baby, but still looking for a deal, participating Krispy Kreme shops are offering buy one dozen doughnuts, get a dozen original glazed for $2.29.

At Carrabba’s, get any small plate for $2.29 for every $10 spent. Click here for the Carrabba’s coupon for this deal.

Hotels and travel companies are also offering assorted leap day promotions.

Arby's is taking a leap toward vegetarians Monday. It's offering up the company's first-ever meatless menu alongside its regular menu.

The vegetarian menu is available Monday only and is essentially Arby's signature sandwich lineup, minus the meats that make them sandwiches.

  • Groupon – Find deals that end on the 29th at Groupon, including free gifts with purchase or huge discounts at Jos. A. Bank, Lord & Taylor, Old Navy and Victoria’s Secret.
