Isn't everyday national coffee day? Well, yes. But Monday is "National Coffee Day."

Of course it's a stunt, a marketing celebration of the juice on which America runs (if you believe one sales pitch).

Dunkin' Donuts says on Twitter that it's giving away a free medium cup of its new Hot Dark Roast on Monday.

McDonald's is offering a free small McCafe coffee during breakfast hours on Monday. (The McDonald’s coffee deal actually started Sept. 16 and ends on Sept. 29.) Offer available at participating locations. Thanks to Debbie F. for this tip.

Havana Restaurant, located at 6801 S Dixie Hwy in West Palm Beach, is offering free Cuban coffee.

You can also get a free coffee when you buy something else at “The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Company" based in Boca Raton.

Krispy Kreme wants you to have a cup of coffee on them Monday. Get a free 12 oz. cup of coffee or get a specialty coffee (12 oz. Mocha, Latte or iced coffee) for $1 (at participating US locations).

One of the nation’s largest coffee chains, however, may not be participating. As of Sunday night, Starbucks had yet to announce its plans.

Enjoy!
