State inspectors found around 20 live roaches inside the restaurant located on North State Road 7.  Inspectors also found dead roaches.

One employee with no hair restraint was found engaging in food preparation.

Inspectors said they also found live, small flying insects in the kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area as well.

There was also no proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees.

The restaurant has now reopened.
