A second recall has been issued involving rocking sleepers that officials say infants have died in.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission just announced that all Kids II Rocking Sleepers are being recalled after at least five infants died since 2012 while in the product.
The CPSC said the infants died after rolling over from their back to stomach while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
The rocking sleepers were sold nationwide at Walmart, Target, Toys 'R' Us, and online from March 2012 through April 26, 2019.
The CPSC said you should immediately stop using the Kids II Rocking Sleepers, and contact Kids II for a refund or voucher.
This new recall comes just days after Fisher-Price announced a recall of 4.7 million Rock 'n Play Sleepers following the deaths of at least 30 infants.
