How to make the Skinny Señorita Margarita from Rocco's Tacos

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — If you are trying to work On getting more relaxation time in your schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic what better way to unwind with a margarita on National Tequila Day? But getting all the bar gear like jiggers, and tins, etc can be time-consuming and stressful for the novice. So to the rescue, it's Rocco's Tacos, they are offering one-liter bottles of to-go margaritas.

There are five flavors including the House Margarita, Mango Margarita, Strawberry Margarita, Cadillac Margarita, and Rocco Margarita. Each bottle makes about four drinks.

For National Tequila Day, Friday, July 24, the restaurant is offering guests to-go one-liter bottles of margaritas for $20, $5 dine-in margaritas, and 50% off tequila bottles.

But if you are feeling adventurous and want to make your own skinny margarita, Rocco's is sharing it's Skinny Señorita recipe.

Skinny Señorita Recipe
2 oz. Partida Blanco
1 oz. Agave Nectar, Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice, and Aqua Fava
Dehydrated lime
Dehydrated flower

Directions

1. In a bar tin pour 2 oz of tequila
2. Add 1 oz of the Agave Nector/lime/Aqua Fava mixture
3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4. Stain and serve up
5. Add garnishes
