1) Zac Brown Band - West Palm Beach
"The Owl Tour" comes to town. Other headliners include Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real. Friday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. Taste and See South Florida talked to one of the band's guitarist Coy Bowles, "[Because there are two shows] We wouldn't play the exact same set list in case there are people coming back the next night." 2) Drive Shack Grand Opening - West Palm Beach
Drive Shack will open the doors to its three-story, 96-bay West Palm Beach venue, on Oct. 18. Drive Shack ignites the fun with a mix of friendly competition, food and drinks, and interactive golf gaming. It opens on Friday, Oct. 18 at 9 a.m. Located near Palm Beach International Airport at 1710 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Fla., 33406. Pricing ranges from $25 to $45 per hour, based on the time of day.

3) Pumpkin Fest - Jupiter
Pumpkin Fest is a family fun day that includes a costume contest for the kids, trick-or-treating to over 50 vendors and throughout Harbourside Place, a huge pumpkin patch, face painting, fairy hair, games and much more. Proceeds benefit local children battling cancer, cystic fibrosis, heart disease and other life threatening illnesses called Chasin A Dream Foundation. UPDATE: This has been moved to Sunday, Oct. 20 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. due to weather.

4) Boca Raton Pumpkin Patch Festival
Held at Mizner Park Amphitheater the festival will feature a variety of fun activities for the whole family, including a pumpkin patch with 2,500 pumpkins to pick from. Plus, carnival rides for all ages, a cornstalk maz, and more. Tickets cost $20 for ages 2 and up. It runs Saturday, Oct. 19 through Sunday Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

5) Boo at the Zoo - West Palm Beach
Palm Beach Zoo's not-so-scary Halloween tradition returns. Boo at the Zoo is a SPOOKTACULAR, safe and fun trick-or-treat environment for children of all ages! Plus, character meet and greets, costume contests, WILD prizes, kids DJ/dance parties, and more. It runs Oct. 18 - 20 and Oct. 25 - 27. Daytime admission is $24.95 for adults, and 18.95 for children (ages 3 - 12). After 4:30 p.m. tickets are $10.
