Bill Cosby back in court today for hearing in sex-assault case against him

Bill Cosby was back in court today for a hearing in a sex-assault case against him.

Cosby and his legal team arrived for court this morning in Norristown, Pennsylvania, hoping a judge throws out evidence stemming from a 2004 encounter between Cosby and a Temple University employee.

The 79-year old entertainer maintains his encounter with former protégé Andrea Constand was consensual.

Constand, a Canadian now living in Toronto, says he drugged and molested her.

Cosby's lawyers hope to suppress the deposition Cosby gave in the accuser's 2005 lawsuit.

In the deposition Cosby does admit to giving Constand several pills before what he described as a consensual encounter.

Cosby's team also hopes the judge throws transcript of a secretly recorded phone call between Cosby and the accuser's mother.
