WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Steve Weagle has been a fixture on the televisions of Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast residents since 1998.
Friday marked 25 years to the day since the now WPTV First Alert Weather chief meteorologist made his way from Canada to bring viewers their daily forecasts and keep them informed whenever storms threaten South Florida.
His WPTV colleagues past and present celebrated the silver anniversary in style with messages of congratulations and a nautical-themed party anchored out of WPTV's Studio B.
