Italian Green Bean Salad
INGREDIENTS
- Handful of Green Beans
- ½ Heirloom Tomato
- 5 Cherry Tomato halves
- 2 oz sliced black olives
- 4 sticks of cucumber
- 2 oz of sweet Vidalia onion
- 2 oz red wine vinaigrette
- Cracked pepper
PROCEDURE
- Blanch handful of green beans for 3-4 minutes , then chill
- Add heirloom tomato cut into chunks, cherry tomato halves, sticks of cucumber (each cut in 4 pieces, sliced black olives, and sweet onion slices
- Toss with red wine vinaigrette
- Finish with cracked pepper on top
