Honey Nut Glazed Brie recipe

Honey Nut Glazed Brie  
•             8 oz piece Delice de France Brie
•             1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
•             1/2 cup Wellsley Farms Walnuts OR Wellsley Farms Pecans, chopped
•             1/4 tsp. McCormick Cinnamon
•             2 Tbsp. Wellsley Farms Organic Honey
•             2 Wellsley Farms Organic Gala Apples, cored, thinly sliced (for serving)
•             Ritz Crackers, (for serving)

•             Arrange cheese on small, microwave-safe serving platter; set aside.
•             Melt Country Crock in 10" nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add nuts, cinnamon and honey; toss to coat.
•             Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and bubbling, about 2 min.
•             Pour hot topping over cheese.
•             Serve immediately OR microwave on HIGH until cheese starts to melt, about 30 seconds, then serve immediately with apple slices and crackers.
