Blaze Pizza’s Signature Red Vine Pizza
11” pizza dough
¼ c tomato sauce
2 oz fior di latte (fresh cow’s milk mozzarella)
½ Tbsp grated aged Parmesan cheese
6 fresh basil leaves
¼ c cherry or grape tomato quarters
Drizzle of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
Directions: Bake on a preheated pizza stone in a 500 degree oven until cheese melts and crust browns (approx. 5-7 min in a home oven).
