A motorcyclist died Sunday after he fell 26 feet from a bridge in the Tampa Bay area.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the incident happened on the Park Boulevard Bridge near Indian Rocks Beach.
Justin Ennis, 24, of Pinellas Park died at Bayfront Hospital, just hours after he lost control of the motorcycle.
Around 12:19 p.m., FHP said Ennis was northbound on Gulf Boulevard and took the on-ramp to the Park Boulevard bridge at a high rate of speed. He lost control on the curve and hit an inside barrier wall.
After the impact, Ennis was ejected over the wall and fell 26 feet.
