An early-morning fire in Broward County killed two people Wednesday.
Broward Fire Rescue responded to the scene at SW 13th Street and 44th Terrace near Plantation, Fla., around 3 a.m.
Neighbors were concerned that the family who lived in the home, a husband and wife along with their daughter, had not been seen since the fire started.
After extinguishing the fire, officials said two people were confirmed dead, but would not reveal the identities of those found.
An investigation is continuing from several agencies, including the state’s Fire Marshall Office and BSO homicide detectives.
