Bees chased and stung a man at least 30 times Thursday afternoon, according to the St. Lucie County Fire District.
The bees were in a shed near the 100 block of SW Milburn Circle in Port St. Llucie and chased the man through a yard and empty lot, the fire district said.
The bee stings caused the man’s face to swell but he was not transported to a hospital.
Police did not identify the man but said he is in his 40s.
