A crash involving a semi and pickup truck Wednesday morning on South Kings Highway at Pruitt Research Center Road has closed all northbound and southbound lanes near Fort Pierce.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the wreck with injuries occurred at about 5:19 a.m.
Chopper 5 flew over the scene at about 6:50 a.m., and multiple FHP vehicles were at the scene investigating.
