It's created a lot of buzz ever since it was announced last year.

Now with less than two months to go, we're getting a sneak peek at the first ever Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival.

"With a couple of nice touches to accentuate the natural beauty and bring some additional art elements, it's going to look completely over the top," says Paul Peck, co-founder of the festival.

Paul Peck says it may be a blank canvas now, but in a few weeks the 800 acre property will be splashed with music, art, and plenty of color.

"We want to create an inspiring sort of experience out here."

Tuesday, News Channel 5 got an exclusive first look at Sunshine Grove - the venue that will host the first ever Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival.

Peck, a co-founder of the event, gave us a look at the stages that will be used for event.

"You have the place where the three main stages will be that we are right now - which is The Grove.

The other areas include Moonlight Oasis, Aquachobee beach, and Chobeewobee Village, which includes focuses on yoga, spiritually, healing and meditation.

"Then we have 'Jungle 51', which is our all night dance and electronic music stage," Peck says.

With 30,000 visitors expected to enjoy it all, organizers say security is a priority.

They are working with the sheriff's office and traffic engineers to minimize congestion.

They also plan to have security checks for attendees as they arrive

"We don't want any glass brought in...no weapons," says Steve Sybesma, co-founder of the event. "We'll search the cars for those things."

Those security personnel are among the 2,500 expected to staff the 3 day event.

More than 80 artists are expected to take the stage for the festival.

Organizers say there will be live music 24 hours a day over the three days.

Tickets start at $268 for a three day pass.
