In this week's Dirty Dining report, state inspectors temporarily closed the Duck Pub in Okeechobee last week.

Inspectors said they found 25 dry rodent-like droppings in the pub. They observed nine dry rodent-like droppings in a dry storage area.
They also found six dry rodent-like droppings in a beer storage area and 10 dry rodent-like droppings near a three-compartment sink.
They also found a manager lacking proof of certification and no proof of required training for one employee.
The pub re-opened less than one day after closing.
