The man who caused lockdowns at two Palm beach Gardens schools Thursday morning appeared before a judge today and was ordered held without bond.

Anthony Paul Droscoski-Ferrera,19, of Jupiter was arrested after fleeing from police in Palm Beach Gardens after he was spotted carrying a shotgun. The search for him included a Palm Beach County Sheriff''s Office helicopter and a K9 team.

According to a police report, after Droscoski-Ferrera was taken into custody, two backpacks that he was seen carrying were searched and police found his wallet and driver license, 122 grams of marijuana, 59 Xanax pills, cash, cigars, two "Scream" style masks, 12-gauge shotgun shells and .22-caliber rounds.

During questioning, Droscoski-Ferrera told police that he bought the shotgun from a stranger for $200. The gun's serial number revealed that it had been stolen during a vehicle burglary last November.

Droscoski-Ferrera told police that he "robs drug dealers," and "does the police a favor." He disclosed that he sells the drugs he steals for money.

He faces charges that include openly carrying a firearm, fleeing police, and drug possession.
