Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue responded to a house fire early Monday morning in the 2400 block of Laurel Lane.
When Chopper 5 flew over the scene at 6:15 a.m., firefighters were attacking the fire in the rear of the house.
The fire occurred just east of Prosperity Farms Road around 5 a.m. and caused a partial roof collapse.
Two people escaped the burning home.
The cause is under investigation.
