ORIGINAL STORY:
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- West Palm Beach police are looking for a missing woman, 42-year-old Terema Mohammed.
Mohammed is also known by the names "VI" or "T".
She was last seen leaving her home on 59th Street in West Palm Beach on Wednesday, December 16 between 6 and 8 p.m.
Mohammed left all of her belongings at home including her cell phone and hasn't been seen by any of her friends or family since that time.
Terema Mohammed was last seen wearing a white jacket with black lettering on the back, brown capri style pants, and black Nike Air Max shoes with white Nike "swoosh" design.
Mohammed suffers from kidney failure and may be in need of dialysis.
