A Palm Beach County student who fell needed to be airlifted for treatment Wednesday morning.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said crews were sent to Forest Hill Elementary where they reported a boy with an injury.
A helicopter transported him to a local trauma center for treatment, fire rescue said.
The district said the child had fallen, but did not give any other details.
