A Riviera Beach woman is being charged with trying to set fire to an apartment.
Police say 25-year-old Ashley Moody went into an apartment on 7th Street Monday night and poured gasoline inside.
The man living there called police saying she went inside without permission.
Last April a judge ordered Moody not to contact the man and to stay away from his apartment.
She was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail and faces charges of violating a ‘no contact’ order and attempted arson.
