PALM BEACH, Fla.- This is day 11 of the 72-foot yacht stuck off the north end of Palm Beach.

Tomorrow is the deadline for the owner and captain, Thomas Baker, to remove it.

Baker is charged with boating under the influence (BUI).

FWC says Baker drove the yacht onto the shoreline after claiming he had too many Long Island Iced teas on September 7.

The yacht is overturned and dumping debris into the ocean. Some of the items include a refrigerator and cabinet.

Authorities say Baker is also responsible for cleaning the litter.

Meanwhile residents on Palm Beach hope it's gone as soon as possible.

"There's a lot of debris and stuff on the beach but that's not a big deal, that will go away but when they pull this boat out now that it's capsized and there's sand in it, it may pull apart and that's going to be quite a mess," says Bryson Cook. "So I guess I just wish somebody was in charge in doing something."
