A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train on the Florida East Coast Railway tracks Monday morning in Lantana.
At 6:18 a.m., Lantana police said a southbound FEC train struck a man who was walking on the tracks at Croton Avenue.

The pedestrian, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The train is moving again, and all roads are back open in the area after earlier closures.
