Captain Mark Martin of San Diego Saltwater Fly Fishing was out on a half day charter trip with three other men when he captured this video of a mako shark jumping out of the water multiple times.

Captain Mark Martin said he thinks this shark was well over 500 pounds.
The shark gave the men a great show but eventually won when it broke off the line in about 20 minutes and went on its way. Mako sharks are known for regularly jumping out of the water.
