1) 44th Annual Oktoberfest - Lake Worth

What is it?
The American German Club's Oktoberfest is its single two-week festival highlighting German culture, heritage, and traditions, and is considered one of the most authentic celebrations in the United States.

Friday, October 13 and 20, from 5 pm to 11 pm
Saturday, October 14 and 21, from noon to 11 pm
Sunday, October 15 and 22, from noon to 8 pm
Tickets are $10, plus fees (children 12 and younger are free).
Free admission on Sundays to active military personnel, Veterans, and First Responders

2) Florida Georgia Line with Nelly - West Palm Beach

What is it?
Florida Georgia Line: Smooth Tour featuring Nelly and Chris Lane.

3) Astronaut - West Palm Beach

What is it?
A modern space exhibit at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium (I wrote an entire articleabout this because it's so cool)

​​​​​​​4) Mutt March 5K and Festival - Stuart

What is it?
The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast 5k run and pet costume contest. Additional activities will include a pet parade around the park, shopping at the flea-'less' market featuring local vendors and their wares, watching pets run the lure course and derby races, and making memories at the humane society photo booth. All funds go directly to the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast’s shelter animals and to support its community programs.

5) Snow White - Palm Beach Gardens

What is it?
Ballet Palm Beach will perform Snow White an original work by Artist Director Colleen Smith. The fairytale with intrigue audiences of all ages.

6) Brew 2 at the Zoo - West Palm Beach

What is it?
Palm Beach County's most unique craft beer festival.  25 local brewers spread out throughout the zoo each with 2-3 different brews (That means 60+ beers). Plus live music from The Goodnicks and strolling music by the Hot Java Band.

7) Safari: The Hunt for Shelter - Lake Worth

What is it?
An event to raise money for locals affected by Hurricane Irma. The Homeless Coalition had had a need for affordable housing in our community before Irma and now it is a full-blown crisis! Spred the Dub -- a reggae/ska band is playing guest get appetizers and two drinks.
