ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. — An overturned tractor-trailer blocked all lanes on I-95 southbound Monday morning.
The crash was in St. Lucie County beyond Mile Marker 135. One lane is still blocked.
Sever weather slowed the efforts to clear the scene.
Authorities haven't reported any injuries.
