Coast Guard rescues injured woman from dive boat

MIAMI (AP) -- The U.S. Coast Guard has rescued a woman from a commercial dive boat off Florida's Atlantic coast.

In a news release, the agency said it received a call from the captain of the boat around 11 a.m. Sunday. 
He said a passenger had received a laceration on the back of her knee.

Coast Guard Station Lake Worth launched a 45-foot boat to bring the woman to shore. They transferred the woman to an emergency crew at Riviera Beach around 11:30 a.m.

The woman's name wasn't released. Her condition wasn't immediately available.
