DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — With being in the coronavirus pandemic for over six months many South Floridians are seeing relief with fun or relaxing activities.

1) Stroll for Well-Being - Delray Beach
A free activity to stroll the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. The excursions promote self-care during the coronavirus pandemic and are designed to heighten physical and emotional wellness. This activity is primarily targeting COVID-19 frontline workers like healthcare providers and first responders. However, the guided tours are open to anyone seeking stress and anxiety relief. Space is limited and you must fill out an application and be accepted to participate.

“Through this pandemic, we have realized an even greater need to make our programming more accessible to members of our community dealing with anxiety, stress, and mental exhaustion. Healthcare providers and first responders are struggling in ways that threaten their mental health like never before and we hope to provide a channel by which participants can find some time for reflection and serenity.”
