Today is National Watermelon Day and I decided to kick it up a notch and celebrate by having a yummy Watermelon Jalapeño Margarita (the bartender was nice enough to share his recipe with us)!
Calaveras Cantina Watermelon Jalapeño Margarita Recipe
1 1/2 oz Maestro Dobel Diamante (Silver Tequila)
1/2 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
1 Jalapeño coin muddled
3 oz Fresh Watermelon Puree
1 oz Lemon / Lime Sour
Steps
Put ingredients into a shaker and mix well.
Serve over ice.
Garnish with watermelon and Jalapeño slice.
