BOCA RATON, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol investigating a deadly rollover crash on southbound I-95 near the Glades Road exit Monday night in Boca Raton.
The crash closed all southbound lanes around 7 p.m.
Troopers said 25-year-old Enrico De Santis lost control of his BMW and spun out.
The vehicle then collided with a Toyota 4Runner, causing it to flip over several times, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said a passenger on the 4Runner, 34-year-old Miguel Angel Garcia Lopez, died on the scene.
The driver of the SUV, 58-year-old Herman Guadron Ramos, was taken to Delray Medical Center as a trauma alert.
Troopers said no one in the BMW was hurt.
The crash remains under investigation.
