Starting Sunday, Aug. 12, WPTV will air a new E.W. Scripps-produced show focusing on the upcoming midterm elections. The Race will air Sundays at 10:30 following To The Point with Michael Williams through Nov. 11.
The Race is a weekly 30 minute show focused on the 2018 midterm elections. We’ll travel coast to coast and border to border to talk to voters about the issues impacting their lives.
From immigration and health care to jobs and gun control – a fair and balanced approach to what’s on the mind of Americans. Every Sunday The Race will tackle a new issue with real conversations about what’s working and what’s not and give our viewers a true perspective on where each political party stands.
The Race will give viewers the information they need before the highly contested midterm elections.
In addition to being available on broadcast television, The Race will also be available on OTT devices in the WPTV channel. Look for the show on Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire and Android TV.
