Prosecco Café's Cranberry Relish
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
- ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 Garlic Clove - Chopped
- ½ Onion – Diced
- ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ Cup Sugar
- Pinch – Salt & Pepper
- Pinch Holiday Seasoning: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove
- Pinch – Chili Flakes
- ¼ Cup Orange Juice
- Zest from 1 Orange
- 1 table Spoon shaved Ginger
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while mixing periodically until reduces by 1/3.
As an option, put into food processing and pulse 4-6 times to break down the cranberries. Refrigerate before serving.
