“Mom-osa” ($12)
1 oz gin
.25 oz simple syrup
.5 lemon juice
.25 oz Chambord liqueur
Shaken & topped with champagne and garnished with an edible flower.
A Mother’s Day Brunch is available at the Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for$69 per person (children ages 5-10: $25)
