Anyone who has purchased bottles of Infant Tylenol in the past 5 years may be eligible for part of a $6.3 million class-action lawsuit.
The lawsuit comes after plaintiffs said the packaging on bottles of Infant's Tylenol was deceptive.
According to the lawsuit, the pain reliever was marketed using the word 'infant' when in fact the product contained liquid acetaminophen in the same concentration as Children’s Tylenol.
The deadline for submitting the claim is April 13, 2020.
